Do you deliver to Bulgaria and the Republic of Moldova as well?
Yes. We deliver to retail chains in Romania, Bulgaria and the Republic of Moldova, with our own fleet of refrigerated trucks and with transport partners on routes where volume calls for it. Delivery can go straight to store or to the central warehouse, depending on how you work.
Is there a minimum order volume?
The minimum depends on the category, the season and how many stores we cover. We do not apply a single threshold across the whole range, because a seasonal line and a staple plant have different economics. Tell us the category and the number of stores and we will tell you exactly what is workable.
How do you maintain the cold chain?
Temperature is controlled from loading to unloading. The Târgoviște warehouse has 2,000 m² under thermal control built for flower and plant logistics, and transport runs in refrigerated trucks. Goods-in at the warehouse includes a quantity and quality check before anything enters stock.
How long does it take from order to shelf?
It depends on the category and the source: something from our own greenhouses or current stock leaves far sooner than a seasonal line produced to order at an external grower. For seasonal peaks the calendar is agreed months ahead, precisely so the goods are on the shelf when demand starts. We give you a firm lead time for your category at the first conversation.
What happens to goods that fail quality control?
They do not travel to you. We check in the greenhouse, at source, not on the store ramp: what fails the check is never loaded. A second check, for quantity and quality, happens at goods-in. If something that does not match still reaches the store, it is handled under the commercial contract, through a single point of contact on our side.
Can you label to our chain’s standard?
Yes. We label with price, EAN code and care instructions, in the format your chain requires, and goods arrive ready to scan. Packing follows the format you use: CC trolleys, half pallets, euro pallets or shelf-ready displays.
Where do the products come from?
From growers worldwide, from partner growers and from our own greenhouses. Around 20% of the portfolio is Romanian production, growing year on year. Selection happens at source, and for each category we choose the grower on consistency rather than price alone.
How many suppliers do we need to cover the flower aisle?
One. Sourcing, the floral concept, packing, labelling, phytosanitary documents, transport and in-store merchandising come from the same supplier, under a single contract and a single invoice. That, in fact, is the reason we exist.
Do you also create floral concepts, or only deliver?
We create them. Our team builds compositions starting from your planogram, your category and your shopper, with packaging and labelling chosen alongside the composition rather than added at the end. Concepts developed with you stay yours: we do not ship the same composition to a competitor in the same category.
