1. Who processes the data

2. What we collect

Through the contact form we collect only the fields you fill in: contact name, company name, work email address, phone number, estimated volume and whatever you write in the message. Technically, the server records the IP address and browser type the enquiry was sent from.

We do not collect sensitive data and we never ask you for card details or passwords.

3. Why we process it, and on what basis

We use the form data solely to answer your commercial enquiry and for the correspondence that follows from it. The basis is the legitimate interest of both parties in holding a commercial discussion, and steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract.

The IP address and browser type are kept to prevent abuse of the form, also on the basis of legitimate interest.

4. How long we keep it

We keep enquiries received through the form for 24 months from the last correspondence, after which they are deleted automatically. If the discussion leads to a contract, the data needed to perform it is kept in line with statutory archiving obligations.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent personal data. It may be accessed, strictly as far as necessary, by the suppliers who support our activity: the website hosting provider, the email service provider, and Programium SRL as developer and provider of the site statistics solution. All of them process the data on our instructions.

6. Your rights

Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 you have the right of access to your data, and rights of rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and portability. You can exercise them by writing to the email address above; we reply within 30 days at most.

If you consider that we have infringed your rights, you may contact the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), B-dul G-ral. Gheorghe Magheru 28-30, Bucharest, or the courts.

7. Security

The site uses an encrypted connection. Access to received enquiries is limited to the people who need them in order to reply, through individual password-protected accounts.

If we change the way we process data, we update this page.
